An on-site visit to your church that could  include:  a survey and evaluation of the technical equipment needed to be installed at your facility; training for your technical team or staff; or even providing a onsite demo. 
Finally, I am a NO-FEE consultant, however that does not mean, NO-COST. For trips that require me to travel outside the Triad, NC area I do ask for reimbursement for travel expenses. I will also keep track of the time I spend on your project and submit an invoice, showing only the hours worked, for your church's consideration of an honorarium.
